While we strive to list legitimate and worthy Organizations and Charities, we cannot guarantee their actual activities. Pledje is not responsible for the accuracy of information provided by Organizations and Charities. It is your responsibility to research and choose an Organization or Charity, and we make no representations about their worthiness or standards.
Pledje acts as an administrative platform, facilitating donation transactions between Organizations/Charities and users. We do not endorse campaigns, and we do not guarantee a specific amount of donations for any campaign. You, as a donor, must determine the value and appropriateness of contributing to a campaign or Charity.
We do not verify the information provided by Organizations/Charities, and we do not guarantee that donations will be used in accordance with applicable laws. Donations are currently made via major credit cards, checks, or ACH transfers. Pledje may change payment methods at its discretion. You are responsible for complying with the terms and conditions of any payment method used.
You are solely responsible for any taxes on amounts paid or obtained through the Site. Pledje will deduct applicable charges and taxes from payable amounts, as required by law.
After making a donation, donors receive an automatically-generated receipt via email. Pledje does not guarantee receipt due to SPAM filters or internet connectivity issues. Donors agree to have sufficient funds available at the campaign deadline.
Pledje does not offer refunds, and nonprofit organizations are not required to grant refund requests. Pledje and its payment partners deduct fees before transmitting campaign proceeds. CauseMatch reserves the right to cancel or reject pledges or campaigns at any time.
Pledje and its licensors own the Services and associated intellectual property. You may not copy, reproduce, or use material from the Services without permission. Your Submissions (comments, reviews) grant Pledje a license to use and distribute them.
You may post comments or reviews on the site. Pledje reserves the right to remove any Submissions that violate these Terms. Pledje does not claim ownership of your Submissions but has a license to use them.
Your use of the Services is at your own risk. Pledje makes no representations or warranties regarding the Services. Information about charitable organizations may be provided by third parties, and Pledje disclaims any liability for third-party content.
